IL SEME DELLA POESIA
Una poesia è un piccolo seme,
una vita che respira aspettando la luce.
Dove si fermano gli occhi e la mente,
lì sgorga nella gioia, nell’amore, nel tempo e nello spazio.
Dove sarà seminata? Dove potrà crescere?
quando avrai scelto, le sue radici si espanderanno.
Come il cactus che fiorisce nel deserto,
la poesia prospera ovunque.
Si solleva come una piuma leggera
volando su una brezza gentile.
Anche in un minuscolo granello di sabbia,
proprio in quel luogo mette salde radici.
Chiudi i tuoi occhi e prendi respiro,
vi entrerà il sussurro della poesia.
Nel giardino della tua anima,
la vedrai fiorire ricca di splendore.
Il potere è in te, la scelta è chiara,
pianta il seme, la poesia fiorirà.

THE SEED OF POETRY
A poem is a small seed,
a life that breathes while waiting for light.
Where the eyes and the mind rest,
it sprouts in joy, in love, in time and space.
Where shall it be planted? Where will it grow?
The moment you choose, its roots will spread.
Just as a cactus blooms even in the desert,
a poem lives anywhere.
It drifts like a light feather,
and flows on a gentle breeze.
Even within a tiny grain of sand,
it takes firm root in that very place.
Close your eyes, and try to breathe,
the whisper of poetry will seep in.
Within the garden of your soul,
you will see it bloom brilliantly.
The power is in you, the choice is clear,
if you simply plant the seed, the poem will bloom.

Një poezi është një farë e vogël,
një jetë që merr frymë ndërsa dritën pret.
Ku sytë dhe mendja pushojnë,
ajo mbin në gëzim, në dashuri, në kohë dhe hapësirë.
Ku do të mbillet? Ku do të rritet?
Në çastin që zgjidhni, rrënjët e saj do të përhapen.
Ashtu si një kaktus lulëzon edhe në shkretëtirë,
një poezi jeton kudo.
Ajo lëviz si një pendë,
dhe zhvendoset me flladin e lehtë.
Edhe brenda një kokrrize të vogël rëre,
lëshon rrënjë të forta pikërisht në atë vend.
Mbyllni sytë dhe përpiquni të merrni frymë,
pëshpëritja e poezisë do të depërtojë brenda jush.
Brenda kopshtit të shpirtit tuaj,
do ta shihni të lulëzojë plot dritë.
Fuqia është tek ju, zgjedhja është e qartë,
nëse ju mbillni farën, do të lulëzojë një poezi.
